On the 22nd June ,2022 the MDMF Team engaged the students of Frafraha Senior High school on the Hodgkin’s Lymphoma awareness campaign. The talk commenced at exactly 8:30am with Doctor Vyllas Ocran as the presenter of the day. He educated the students on some symptoms, causes, treatment measures, for the disease. His presentation followed with a question-and-answer session to keep students fully informed about the disease.
On July 19, 2022, the MDMF Team engaged OLAMS students in their Hodgkin’s Lymphoma awareness campaign.
At precisely 8:00 am, Doctor SQ LDR Justice O-Achiaw, the day’s presenter, began the talk. He gave the pupils information about the disease’s causes, symptoms, and available treatments. After his talk, there was a Q&A session to ensure that the children understood everything about the illness.
Following that, Noella (a team volunteer) read out the final words written by our dear Michael.
A word of prayer was shared and the talk came to a successful end.
An estimated 480 pupils were present at the time and were reached by this program.
Ten volunteers came to show their overwhelming support for the talk.
The talk, which ended at 8:40 in the morning, was impactful, educational, enlightening, participatory, and mind-opening.
On July 6, 2022, the MDMF Team engaged the students of O’reilly Senior High School in their Hodgkin’s Lymphoma awareness campaign.
The talk commenced at exactly 12:30pm with Doctor Vyllas Ocran as the presenter of the day.
He educated the students on some symptoms , causes, treatment measures , for the disease on board . His presentation followed with a question and answer session to keep students fully informed about the disease. Based on Michael’s final words, Josiah came in with an insightful word of God and Pastor Nee Korley read out the last words written by our dear Michael. The talk came to a successful end at exactly 1:15 pm .
We also had nine student volunteers to support our course.
This campaign helped reach out to an estimated number of 200 students who were present at the time .
In conclusion, the program was educative , informative, mind opening and impactful.
